TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Parts for life conditions

To keep your coverage active, the following conditions apply.

Hardware warranty upgrade — full conditions
  1. Registration within 30 days. Product details must be registered with Oceanpro within 30 days of purchase, online, by you or your dealer. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure registration is completed.
  2. Recreational use only. The product must only be used as intended for normal recreational purposes.
  3. Annual service required. All products must be serviced bi-annually and inspected annually by an authorised Oceanpro Technician. This benefit is void if regular annual service is not performed.
  4. Overhaul parts covered. For Oceanpro Regulators and Octos, overhaul service parts are provided at no charge. Any other parts required are the owner’s responsibility.
  5. Labour not included. All labour fees for annual service are the responsibility of the owner.
  6. Authorised service only. The warranty is void if equipment has been tampered with or serviced by a person not authorised by Oceanpro.
  7. Non-transferable. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
  8. Wear & tear excluded. Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the Oceanpro Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  9. Proof required. To maintain this warranty, proof of purchase and proof of authorised annual service must be provided.
