We aim to get you in the water as quickly as possible.

  • Orders placed via the Oceanpro website are processed promptly
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location
  • Once dispatched, orders are handled by trusted third-party carriers
  • For added security, we recommend using an Australia Post Parcel Locker or secure delivery address to reduce the risk of items being left unattended
  • Delivery instructions (such as leaving in a safe place) should be managed directly with the carrier once tracking details are provided.

This returns policy applies to purchases made via the Oceanpro website.

If you purchased your item from a retailer (in-store or online), please contact that retailer directly.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return:

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or not what you ordered, we’ll work with you to resolve it.

To lodge a return:

  • Submit a request via our contact form here.
  • Provide your order number and details of the issue
  • We may request photos, additional information, or for the item to be returned for assessment.

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions, including a return label where applicable

For confirmed faults or incorrect items:

  • Oceanpro will cover return shipping costs
  • replace (subject to stock availability), or provide a suitable alternative or refund

Important Notes

  • Items must not be returned without prior approval
  • All returns must include proof of purchase
  • We recommend retaining tracking information when returning items

Warranty – Dive with Confidence

All Oceanpro products purchased through our website or an authorised dealer are backed by warranty against manufacturing faults, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law


Hardware Warranty – 1-Year Standard Coverage

Applies to:

  • Regulators
  • Octos
  • Buoyancy Compensators (BCs)
  • Analogue Gauges

Covers defects in materials, workmanship, and performance under normal recreational use.


Limited Lifetime Warranty (Optional Upgrade)

You can upgrade your hardware warranty by:

  • Registering your product within 30 days of purchase
  • Using the product for normal recreational diving
  • Completing annual inspections and bi-annual servicing with an authorised Oceanpro technician

Good to know:

  • Regulator and Octopus service kits are included
  • Labour costs are the responsibility of the owner
  • Warranty applies to the original purchaser
  • Proof of purchase and servicing history is required
  • Failure to meet servicing requirements may void the extended warranty

1-Year coverage applies to:

  • Wetsuits, masks, snorkels, fins
  • Boots, gloves, hoods, vests
  • Accessories

Covers manufacturing faults under normal recreational use.


What’s Not Covered

  • General wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, failure to follow care instructions, or poor maintenance
  • Exposure to harsh elements (sun, heat, chemicals such as chlorine)
  • Unauthorised repairs
  • Contact Oceanpro here
  • Provide proof of purchase and details of the issue
  • Follow the return instructions provided

For valid warranty claims:

  • Oceanpro will cover return shipping costs
  • We will cover the cost of returning the repaired or replaced item to you

For orders shipped outside Australia, the following conditions apply:

Duties and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price

Delivery and Customs

  • Delivery timeframes may be affected by customs processing in the destination country
  • Oceanpro is not responsible for delays caused by customs

Change of Mind Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us via our contact form
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund
  • Depending on the nature of the issue and the value of the product, we may:
    • Request photos or additional information for assessment
    • Provide a replacement without requiring the item to be returned
    • Arrange a return where appropriate
  • Where a return is required, Oceanpro will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faults

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

  • If an order is refused or not collected and returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded
  • Any return shipping or associated costs may be deducted from the refund
